The rules of play
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 14 August 2026
These terms explain the rules for using Full Time Forecast. Please read them before creating an account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.
1. Who we are
Full Time Forecast is operated by Inclusion Project Management Limited (company number 10879394), trading as Full Time Forecast. Our contact address is 12 West Street, Ware, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, SG12 9EE. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Inclusion Project Management Limited.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Full Time Forecast, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to read these terms with you. Where the law does not allow you to agree to these terms yourself, your parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- Do not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.
- Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has accessed your account.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
You can delete your account from your profile. Account deletion is permanent and removes your profile, predictions, league memberships and other account-linked data from our live systems, subject to any limited retention required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
4. What the service provides
Full Time Forecast is a free football prediction game. It lets you predict match scores, earn points, appear on leaderboards, join or create leagues, earn badges and create shareable prediction images. Features, competitions and scoring rules may change between seasons. We will explain material changes in the service where it is reasonable to do so.
Full Time Forecast is for entertainment only. It is not a betting or gambling service. Points, badges, rankings and predictions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes unless separate promotion rules expressly say otherwise.
5. Predictions, results and availability
Fixture information and results can be delayed, corrected or supplied incorrectly by third-party data providers. We may correct fixtures, results, points, rankings or scoring errors when needed. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, but we will use reasonable care and skill in providing it.
Predictions normally lock at kick-off. You are responsible for checking that a prediction has saved before the relevant deadline. The scoring rules shown on the service apply to the relevant competition or league.
6. Profiles, leagues and content
Usernames, league names and other content you choose to make public can be seen by other people. Your email address is never included in your public profile. You retain ownership of content you submit, but give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate and promote the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where it has already been shared by others or must be retained by law.
League owners and appointed league administrators can manage settings, membership requests, members and other league administrators. They must use those controls fairly and only for managing their league. We are not responsible for disagreements between league members, but we may intervene where these terms are breached.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or encourage unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or harmful conduct;
- impersonate anyone or use misleading, offensive or infringing names or content;
- harass other users or interfere with their use of the service;
- attempt to bypass security, prediction deadlines or access controls;
- use bots, scraping or automated requests in a way that disrupts the service;
- upload malicious code or misuse the service for spam or commercial promotion; or
- copy or exploit the service or its content beyond what the law permits.
8. Our rights
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account or close an account where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect users, preserve the service, comply with the law or respond to a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to put things right.
We may change, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service. If a change significantly affects registered users, we will take reasonable steps to give advance notice where practical.
9. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the service, branding, software, design and original content. Football club names, competition names, crests and other third-party material belong to their respective owners. No association with or endorsement by a club, competition or governing body is implied unless we say otherwise.
10. Links and third-party services
The service may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
11. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses arising from consumer use of this free service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, the law or how we operate. The date at the top shows when they last changed. We will give registered users reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after the new terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
